Multi Expanding System Multi-Ex

To further increase productivity, we designed the MULTI-EX - multi expanding system. It can be supplied with 2, 3, 4 or 5 expander heads. It is tailor made to suite the customers tube sheet drawings & application. Ideal for use with FLEXPANDER, these torque controlled units are based on our K50 and L70 rolling motors. Air cooling is also available to increase the expander life. The Multi-EX can be used horizontally & vertically, your choice.

For starters, the TES controller is equipped with a large and easy to read LCD display. All controls are ergonomically designed for ease of use. The Torque values generated within the system are measured at the tube expander, and are continuously sampled via 12-bit microprocessor sampling.
